"I have a 2014 Harley insured through them in order to get it insured. They put me through the ringer to prove that I actually bought the bike which was ridiculous on its own but even after it was insured, they randomly just dropped it two weeks later and did not let me know that it had been taken off Only reason I knew is because decided to check to make sure I still had an insurance card on my phone before I went on a ride. When I called to get them to add it back, they added it back, but then changed it to where I was supposed to Pay six months at a time (I’ve never had anything on my account set up this way And when it was set up the first time it was monthly so I don’t understand why they did this at all) upon this discovery I called them to try to get it fixed and they tell me I have to pay $190 to get it fixed. That is more than double what my monthly payment is why am I being punished for their mistake? Ken then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do and either I could pay it or not have insurance rude would not let me talk to anyone above him either. who does business this way who punishes the consumer for the business mistake ? I will never use State Farm again. Ken has always been rude and nasty to me from the start, but this seals it."
